SERVICE GUARANTEE - To maintain a clean, comfortable and well maintained premises for our guests and staff - To provide at a fair price – spa treatment to our guests by our well –trained, courteous beauty consultants - To provide a 5 working days cooling-off period to allow our guests to seek full refund of payment made if they do not wish to proceed with the services offered - To refrain from selling during treatment - To clearly state what is included in all prices quoted for treatments - To clearly states any additional charges for extra products and services - To maintain the confidentiality of customer data - To display all prices of all treatments available in our store - To commit to avoid over or under-charging and to ensure correct change is given - To clearly state the payment methods and channel available to customer - To clearly state the terms and conditions for deposits in the event that the transaction is cancelled - To clearly display the discounted prices in the store & in contracts / communication materials - To honor the prices quoted at time of bookings - To offer goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14(2) - To clearly states the terms and conditions of redemption of sales voucher on the sales voucher - To remind customer before package expire - To clearly state the deposit will be forfeited after 3 months. - To clearly state require minimum 30% deposit of sale amount.
