Our services are by appointment only. To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for peak hours.

A reminder call will be given 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment. Kindly inform us at least 24 hours beforehand if you would like to cancel or reschedule.

Kindly arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time to allow us ample time to serve you better. We regret to inform that due to our tight schedule, we may not be able to fulfill your appointment, or may have to shorten your treatment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
