Spa Etiquette

At Fresver, we are committed to providing a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest. We kindly seek your cooperation with the following etiquette guidelines:

• We kindly request that guests arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. To ensure fairness to all guests and to maintain our service schedule, arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment session or the need to reschedule, subject to availability.

• To avoid disappointment and to secure your preferred date and time, we encourage guests to pre-book their appointments at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially during peak periods and festive seasons.

• Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the reserved session or deposit.

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or recent medical procedures prior to your treatment, so we can ensure your safety and comfort.

• Guests are advised to keep their valuables with them at all times. Fresver shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

• We are committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal or termination of service.

• To preserve the comfort and privacy of all guests, only customers receiving treatments are permitted in treatment areas unless prior arrangements have been made.
